For years, the Overtime School of Wrestling has focused on training elite wrestlers at every level– from National and International competition to collegiate, high school, and youth. Overtime has teamed up with former UFC Champion Andrei "the Pit Bull" Arlovski to create the Overtime MMA Training Center, which expands that focus beyond wrestling to Mixed Martial Arts by integrating world class coaching from other combat disciplines - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, and Functional Training.
Whether you are training for the MMA cage or ring, want to focus on a specific combat discipline, or are just looking for a fun way to get in the best shape of your life, Overtime MMA has a program for you. Everything we teach has been proven to work in competition by our instructors, all of whom have achieved success at the highest levels.
We invite you to browse our website to learn more about Overtime MMA. Feel free to contact us with any questions or to arrange a tour. Visit the schedule page for more information about our class and weight room schedules.
