Dear Overtime MMA members,
Rick Lamas, Jeff Neal, and Sean Bormet are currently in Las Vegas for Rick's WEC fight. Therefore a few substitutions will be in place until Wednesday afternoon.
> Instructor Substitutions
Saturday : Anthony (Ant-nee) Monahan will be teaching Jeff's 10 AM kids' class, Jeff's 11 AM BJJ class, and Jeff's noon MMA class. Mike Corey will be teaching Rick's 11 AM Muay Thai Class.
Monday : Jeff's 8 AM BJJ class will be taught by Mike Corey. NOTE: It will be taught as a no-gi class . Jeff's 9 AM MMA class will be taught by Mike Corey. Jeff's 7:45 pm MMA class will be taught by Anthony Monahan.
Tuesday : Rick's 11 am Muay Thai Class will be taught by Mike Corey.
Wednesday : Jeff's 8 AM BJJ class will be taught by Mike Corey. NOTE: It will be taught as a no-gi class . Jeff's 9 AM MMA class will be taught by Mike Corey. Jeff and Rick will be back for their afternoon and evening classes on Wednesday.
Another more long-term substitution is that Mark Vujovic is in Arizona until the end of September helping TUF 8 winner Efrain Escudero train for his UFC 103 fight with Cole Miller. Therefore, Jason Sullins will be combining his Tues and Thurs evening BJJ class with Mark's no-gi grappling class until the end of September. Mike Corey is taking over Mark's 1 PM grappling class on Tuesdays.
